The client
NMB Custom Homes & Renovations builds custom homes and renovations in Florida. Before construction, the team needs to show exactly how each home will look from the street.
What we created
- Photorealistic front elevation renderings of modern Florida homes, built from the builder's plans
- Two storey designs with white stucco, stone clad entry portals, tall glass and dark tile roofs
- Landscaping with palms, planting beds, paver driveways and a circular drive, so each home looks finished from the street
- Rounds of revisions based on the team's feedback, plus a Zoom call to work through the details together
3custom homes rendered, with a fourth on the way
The result
The first custom home led to two more, for three homes in total, and a fourth project is on the way.
We worked with Naveen and his team to render the front elevation of a house we are building. He took feedback well and was able to help us visualize exactly what we wanted! He even had a zoom call with us to nail down the details.
