This notice explains how EnDesign handles information you provide when requesting a quote, asking about a project, or submitting an inquiry through our website or a Facebook or Instagram lead form. It does not replace privacy notices for our individual software applications.
Information you provide
Depending on the form or communication method, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, company details, selected service, and project information you choose to share. Project information may include location, timing, budget, requirements and files you send us. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in your inquiry.
How we use inquiry information
We use this information to respond to your request, clarify requirements, assess project scope, prepare a quote, arrange a discussion, and manage related communications. If you become a client, we also use relevant information to deliver and administer the agreed services. Submitting an inquiry is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Facebook and Instagram forms
Meta hosts lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may prefill fields using information associated with your profile. Please review and correct those details before submitting. If phone verification is enabled, Meta sends a code to the number you provide. After submission, Meta makes your responses available to EnDesign. Who handles the information
Authorized EnDesign personnel use inquiry information for the purposes above. Where necessary, providers assisting with communications, hosting, record management or project delivery may process relevant information on our behalf. Meta operates its forms under its own terms and policy. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.
Retention and protection
We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to and manage the inquiry, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable legal requirements. When no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymized. We restrict access and use safeguards appropriate to the information.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit a form, although we may then be unable to respond or provide a quote. Contact us to request access or correction, ask about deletion, withdraw consent for further inquiry follow-up, or raise a privacy concern. Requests may require identity verification and be subject to applicable legal or contractual requirements. We will explain any limitation that applies.
